MAPLE APPLE CRISP
Tender apples kissed with maple syrup and covered in a rich, crunchy topping. Very easy, and tastes great!! My fiance loves when I make this dessert.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place apples in an 8x8 inch baking dish. Toss apples with syrup. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, oats, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture evenly over apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, until topping is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of 13x 9 inch pan with cooking spray. unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan.
- 2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, maple extract, and egg with an electric mixer.
- 3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over dough. Spoon apple pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Sprinke with crushed granola bars.
- 4. Bake 30-35 minutes until crust is deep golden brown and filling is set. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours. For bars cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Drizzle each one with maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate any remaining bars up to 3 days.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides. , In a large bowl, beat brown sugar, melted butter, syrup and vanilla until blended. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. In another bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into brown sugar mixture. Stir in apples (batter will be thick)., Transfer to prepared pan. - Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan.
- Combine 1st 3 ingredients in medium bowl and mix until finely crumbled.
- Stir in nuts.
- Press 2 cups of mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan.
- Add cinnamon, baking soda and salt to remaining mixture and blend well.
- Beat in egg, sour cream and vanilla.
- Gently stir in apples.
- Spoon evenly into pan.
