Made with juicy mango and fresh mint, this delicious drink is instantly cooling and refreshing.

Steps:
- Remove the skin and cut the juicy flesh off the mangos, then place in a blender or food processor, along with any juice left on the chopping board.
- Pour in the milk, finely grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice.
- Add 1 handful of ice cubes, then pick in the mint leaves and blitz until smooth.
- Taste, and add a little honey, if needed, then give it another quick blitz, before pouring into glasses and serving.

Steps:
- Melt Butter (Can substitute Oil or Spray Oil) in pan and brown chicken breasts.
- ADD onion and cook on low for about 5 minutes.
- ADD Chicken Stock and Wine and STIR in cream and 2 Mangoes that have been peeled and mashed or pureed; NOTE: Make sure Mangoes have no seeds.
- ADD Chicken Breasts and season to taste; HEAT until chicken is totally cooked and remove.
- GARNISH with slices from half a Mango that has been peeled and-- ENJOY!

- Fill a quart mason jar with all the ingredients listed above, except the wine yeast. Cap it and give it a good shake to incorporate all the ingredients and help dissolve the sugar.
- Dissolve the wine yeast in a few tablespoons of water and allow it to activate for at least 5 minutes. Pour it into the prepared mango juice.
- Allow the mango wine to ferment for 4 to 6 weeks at room temperature. It'll take longer in cool weather, but watch for when fermentation has pretty much stopped and bubbles are no longer moving through the water lock for 5+ minutes at a time.
