Ingredients

1/2 ounce light agave
1 Fresno chile, seeded and sliced into rounds
3 ounces blanco tequila
2 ounces mango juice (fresh, if available, or packaged, such as Ceres)
1 ounce passionfruit juice (fresh, if available, or packaged, such as Ceres)
1 ounce orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
1 ounce fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

Steps:

Muddle the agave and half of Fresno slices in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add the tequila, mango juice, passionfruit juice, orange liqueur and lime juice. Shake vigorously to combine. Strain into a glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a Fresno slice.

1 large ripe mango (peeled and diced)
2 cups of passion fruit juice
¼ cup fresh lime juice
½ cup sugar (or to taste)
Mint leaves
2 cups of sparkling water
1 cup of rum (or to taste)
Ice

Steps:

Place the mango passion fruit juice, lime juice and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the rum, a few ice cubes and some mint leaves. Then top off with the sparkling water, mix gently and serve.

½ lime, cut into 4 wedges, divided
10 fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 ice cubes
1 fluid ounce light rum (such as Cruzan® Aged Light Rum)
1 ½ fluid ounces mango-flavored rum (such as Cruzan® Mango Rum)
3 fluid ounces seltzer water

Steps:

Place 1 lime wedge and mint leaves into a rocks glass; muddle to release oils and juice, about 10 seconds. Add sugar and 2 lime wedges; muddle to release oils and juices, about 10 seconds. Stir mixture until sugar dissolves. Add ice cubes and pour light rum and mango-flavored rum over ice; top with seltzer. Stir drink gently for 2 seconds. Garnish drink with remaining lime wedge.
