MONSTER MACADAMIA NUT BLONDIES
Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 13 by 9-inch baking dish. In a bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl or in a mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and creamy, then beat in the eggs and vanilla. Gently stir in the flour mixture, then the macadamia nuts. Mix until well blended and pour into the baking dish. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dish comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
- Let blondies cool in pan. To serve, cut into 9 large bars.

- 1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir well. Pour 3/4 cup flour mixture into a 1 quart wide-mouth jar with a tight fitting lid. Pack down well.
- 2. Add 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup candies, 1/2 cup brown sugar, remaining 3/4 cup candies, remaining brown sugar and remaining flour mixture; pack down well after each layer. Seal jar. Cover top of jar with your choosing and attach gift instructions with raffia or ribbon.
- 3. GIFT INSTRUCTIONS: 3/4 cup butter, unsalted, melted and cooled slightly 2 large eggs, at room temperature 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1 jar Christmas Blondie Mix Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Coat a square baking pan with non-stick spray. Combine butter, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl; mix well. Stir in contents of jar; mix well. Spread batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
