Steps:
- Take 2 egg yolks and place in food processor, using steel blade (Use remaining 4 yolks for some other purpose).
- Add cream cheese, sour cream (cottage cheese), salmon & lemon juice.
- Pulse until you have a well blended mixture (If you over pulse the mixture will become runny).
- Fill the eggs and garnish with a sprig of dill and 3 capers.
CHICKEN SCHNITZEL WITH NOODLES
A very quick and delicious meal that, and this is a bonus, looks attractive as well. I'm sure this is a recipe that can be adapted in many ways. It came from a Woman's Day magazine. My prep time is merely guess work. I guess I should have timed myself.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250°.
- Cook noodles according to package directions, adding peas during last 3 minutes of cooking time; drain.
- Lightly beat eggs with milk.
- Place flour in bowl.
- In separate bowl combine breadcrumbs, mustard, salt and 1 tsp.
- lemon pepper.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tsp.
- lemon pepper over chicken.
- Lightly coat each cutlet with flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- In nonstick skillet heat 1/3 cup oil over high heat.
- Add chicken, in batches; cook, turning once, until browned and cooked through, 2-3 minutes per side, adding more oil, if necessary.
- Transfer to oven-proof plate; cover with foil.
- Keep warm in oven.
- Toss noodles with butter, parsley and remaining lemon pepper.
- Serve chicken and noodles with sliced lemon, if desired.

- In a saucepan, put the eggs and cover with cold water. Bring to boil at high heat. When water begins to simmer, cover the saucepan and remove from the heat. Lest rest for about 12 minutes. Remove the eggs from the hot water and plunge them in cold water to stopped them from cooking. Peel the eggs.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a small food processor or with a fork, reduce the egg yolks in a creamy puree with sour cream, chopped dill and fennel seeds. Add salt and pepper.
- Put the slice of smoked salmon inside half of each egg, it doesn't matter if it exceeds slightly from the egg. With a spoon, stuff the eggs with the egg mixture and garnish with fresh dill.
