Steps:
- Read the notes before beginning the recipe.
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spread frozen fries out onto a large baking sheet. Check the back of your package to see how long fries should be baked.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5-6 minutes.
- Once onions are soft, add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up the beef with a wooden spoon, until beef is no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and water, then stir until incorporated. Drain the excess fat. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook, breaking up the sausage with a wooden spoon, until it is no longer pink. Set aside.
- Add the butter to a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until melted.
- Once butter has melted, add the flour and whisk until mixture begins to bubble and foam. Continue to whisk for another 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly. Once milk is incorporated, allow it to reach a simmer, whisking occasionally. Continue to simmer until milk mixture begins to thicken, it should coat the back of a spoon. This took me about 3-5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add cheese, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until completely melted. If the cheese isn't melting, turn the stove back on to the lowest heat to help.
- Once all the cheese has been melted, stir in the salt and cayenne. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings to your preference.
- Once fries are done, remove from oven and top with the ground meat, cheese sauce, diced red onions, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, sour cream and diced green onions. Dig in!

Steps:
- Cook the oven chips according to the packet instructions.
- While the chips are cooking, cut the bacon into small pieces. Fry in a splash of oil until crispy.
- Allow the bacon to cool on a piece of kitchen paper on a plate. The kitchen paper absorbs the fat.
- When the chips are cooked, remove from the oven and transfer to a small, oven proof dish. Cover with the grated cheese and return to the oven for a couple of minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese.
- When the cheese has melted, remove the dish from the oven. Top the chips with the bacon pieces, the sour cream and the chopped spring onion. Enjoy immediately!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook the onions, potatoes and garlic: In a large bowl, toss the onions in 2 tablespoons oil, season generously with salt and pepper and spread on one side of a sheet pan. In the same bowl, toss the potatoes in 1 tablespoon oil, season generously with salt and pepper and spread on the other side of the sheet pan. Toss the garlic in the same bowl with a little oil, season with salt and pepper and add to the sheet pan. Bake in the center of the oven until completely tender when pierced with the tip of a knife, about 40 minutes. Set aside to let cool.
- Cook the peppers: In a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat, heat 3 tablespoons oil until hot. Add the peppers with a generous pinch of salt and cook over medium heat until tender and slightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes.
- Cook the home fries: Add the onions and garlic to the peppers and stir to combine. "Crush" and break the potatoes into pieces with your hands or the bottom of a pan and add them and any juices from the pan to the peppers and onions. Season with salt and red pepper flakes. Cook the potato mixture over medium-high heat until the bottom is browned, 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan and vinegar. Top with the Cheddar. Place the skillet in the oven and bake until the cheese is browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Season with salt just before serving.

WHO HAS BEST LOADED FRIES: TACO BELL, WENDY'S, ARBY'S ...
From businessinsider.com
- Taco Bell Nacho Fries Supreme. Taco Bell has done a fantastic job shoehorning french fries into its Tex-Mex theme, and the loaded fries are no different.
- Arby's Loaded Fries. A fork is 100% necessary here; this is essentially a curly fry casserole. Bacon, liquid cheese, shredded cheese, and a ranch-like sauce are layered onto a massive tangle of curly fries.
- Shake Shack Bacon Cheese Fries. The better-burger chain's bacon fries are even more messily opulent. The main issue with Shake Shack's loaded fries is this: they don't travel well in the slightest.
- Wendy's Chili Cheese Fries. The chili cheese fries are much soggier, but they have much more going on than the Baconator fries. Bacon and cheese can only get so far — and with the stewy, tomato-based chili, you tangentially get that necessary acidic note to cut through the cheese.
- Shake Shack Cheese Fries. Shake Shack's cheese fries are decadent at best and wanton at worst. The cheese tastes like a fancy version of that nacho cheese that comes out of a pump — that's a good thing in this instance.
- Wendy's Baconator Fries. With the Baconator fries, a fork is 85% necessary. The topping coverage is lackluster, and lots of bare fries are unearthed just below the surface.
