2 cups lemon-lime soda
2 packages (3 ounces each) lime gelatin
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Microwave 2 cups soda on high until hot, 1-2 minutes. Place hot soda and gelatin in a blender; cover and process until gelatin is dissolved. Add cream cheese; process until blended., Transfer to a large bowl; stir in chilled soda. Whisk in whipped topping. Pour into a 3-qt. trifle bowl or glass bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until firm, about 4 hours.

2 packages (3 ounces each) lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 quart lime sherbet
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Beat in sherbet until melted. Add whipped topping; beat well. , Pour into an 8-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Unmold onto a serving platter.

1 can(s) evaporated milk (tall can)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 can(s) crushed pineapple (small can)
1 pkg lime jello (small pkge)
1 small lemon jello (small pkge)
2 c hot water
cherries, nuts, parsley for decoration (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cheese, milk and juice from pineapple. Using electric beater, beat until creamy. Refrigerate until jelled in same bowl. Mix in pineapple. Place nuts first in Tupperware fluted mold then add Jello mixture and return to refrigerator until firm.

1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Jell-O mold
1 can fruit cocktail
1/4 cup crushed pecans or almonds

Steps:

  • Boil 3 cups water for Jell-O. Stir in Jell-O and 2 1/2 cups of cold water and let cool. Mix Jell-O and cream cheese in the blender.
  • Spray Jell-O mold with cooking spray. After Jell-O and cream cheese are blended well, spread out the can of fruit cocktail around the mold with syrup included. Pour in Jell-O and top with pecans or chopped almonds.
  • Chill for 3 hours.

1 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1/2 pint heavy cream
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Steps:

  • Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  • Add cream cheese; blend well.
  • Add nuts, celery, and pineapple.
  • In a seperate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold jello mixture through cream.
  • Place in jello mold and chill overnight.
  • Unmold and serve sliced.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (6 ounce) box lime Jell-O gelatin
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
2 cups boiling water
1 cup of reserved pineapple juice (you may have a little less)
1/2 cup cold water
8 ounces sour cream

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple and reserve liquid.
  • Spray Jello mold or bowl with PAM cooking spray.
  • Dissolve Jell-o in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring for a few minutes.
  • Add enough cold water to the reserved pineapple juice to equal 1.5 cups, and add to Jell-o mixture.
  • Whisk in about 8 oz. sour cream (mom used a little less).
  • Dump pineapple inches.
  • Chill until set.
  • If you want to unmold the dish, set bowl into warm water for 30 seconds, and place plate on top of bowl.
  • Invert the bowl onto the plate and let the jell-o slide out.
  • Enjoy!
