- Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions for 9 x 13 dish. When done, pierce cake with fork. Pour pineapple with juice over cake. Combine milk and pudding mix in bowl. After beating well, blend in cream cheese. Spread over pineapple. Top with Cool Whip. Can garnish with chopped pecans or coconut.

- Mix instant pudding with milk for 3 minutes on medium speed of mixer. Blend in cream cheese. Spread this mixture on top of pineapple.
- Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding. Cover and refrigerate.

- 1. Prepare cake as directed on box. Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan.
- 2. After baking cake, prick cake all over with fork while cake is still warm. Pour pineapple with juice over cake.
- 3. Blend pudding mix with milk and cream cheese, adding cream cheese a little at a time. Spread over pineapple.
- 4. Refrigerate cake --the longer the better, until serving time.
