Lemonade Angel Fluff Food

"ANGEL FLUFF" COOL WHIP FRUIT SALAD

Stir together this sweet and delicious Angel Fluff Cool Whip Fruit Salad in just 5 minutes! It's the perfect make ahead light dessert or easy side dish recipe for any special occasion.

Ingredients

1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup miniature marshmallows (plus extra for garnish)
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (or 2 8-ounce containers)
Optional garnish: rainbow sprinkles

Steps:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until completely combined.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with additional marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles (optional) before serving.

This is my sister's recipe. She makes it for gatherings at church. She always come home with an empty bowl.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 (10 ounce) box angel food cake
1 (12 ounce) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

Steps:

Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice with Cool Whip.
Fold in strawberries.
Tear cake into bite-size pieces and fold into Cool Whip mixture.
Refrigerate 6 hours or best overnight.
Keep refrigerated.

Ingredients

1 ounce sugar-free lemon gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup lemonade concentrate (thawed)
1 (12 ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
1/2 angel food cake
1/2 cup sliced strawberry

Steps:

Mix Jello and water until Jello is dissolved, mix in lemonade and milk.
Refrigerate 1-1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally until mounds.
Then mix with hand mixer on high speed 5-6 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
In a spring form or baking dish spray with non stick cooking spray and break cake in to chunks and layer on bottom of pan.
Spread Jello mixture over top, cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm. Top with strawberries or any fruit in eason.
