HOT SPINACH DIP
Hot Spinach Dip is a baked dip that every household needs to experience. This creamy dip tastes great on crackers, veggies, pretzels... you name it. It even has bacon bits and a layer of cheese on top.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 8X8 inch baking dish, set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the spinach, onion, bacon, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese and stir to combine.
- Transfer the dip to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and beginning to brown on top
- Let Spinach Dip cool for 5 minutes and then serve with crackers, toast or vegetables.

SPINACH DIP
This recipe came from our cookbook at the beauty shop where I work. We had many pot lucks, and every one wanted this and that recipe, so we all gave recipes and had our own book printed and sold them in the salon.

Steps:
- Thaw and drain the spinach.
- Squeeze the spinach with paper towels to remove excess water.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Let set in the fridge for a couple hours before serving.
- I like to serve it inside a hollowed out round loaf of bread.
- Scoop out the loaf and place dip inside.
- I use what I scoop out for making croutons.
- Serve with fresh vegetables.
EASY SPINACH DIP

- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to mingle.

- Place a 6-in. cake pan or small ovenproof saucepan in the center of a 10-in. cast-iron skillet. Cut each roll into thirds; roll each piece into a ball. Place along outer edge of skillet. Gently stack remaining balls on top of bottom layer, leaving some space between them. Cover and let rise until almost doubled, about 30 minutes., Preheat oven to 400°. Microwave butter, garlic powder and red pepper flakes, covered, until butter is melted. Brush half of butter mixture over dough. Reserve remaining butter mixture., Bake until dough balls are set and beginning to brown, 15-18 minutes. Remove cake pan from skillet. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Add the mushroom mixture, artichokes and spinach., Spoon dip into center of skillet; sprinkle with red pepper and remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella. Brush rolls with remaining butter mixture; sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Bake until dip is heated through and rolls are golden brown, 10-15 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with additional red pepper flakes.

Cool slightly and squeeze dry. , In a small bowl, combine the water chestnuts, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, onion and spinach. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
