- Brown meat with onion and garlic, in large skillet. Drain fat, add barbecue sauce, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, satl and pepper. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon meat mixture onto bottom halvof of buns, place cheese on meat, add sliced pickles, top with top bun.

- Heat gas or charcoal grill. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ketchup and sloppy joe seasoning mix; mix gently. Shape into 6 patties.
- When grill is heated carefully oil grill rack. Place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium coals. Cover grill; cook 13-15 minutes turning once. During last one or two minutes place cheese on patties; cook until melted. Serve patties on buns.

- Cut hot dogs in length-wise into quarters (in half and then half again) then slice into bite-sized pieces (for little tracheas!)And add to saucepan.
- Add the chili, ketchup, sugar, and onion powder to the pan and stir well.
- Heat until bubbly and simmer until hot dogs are heated through - about 5 minutes.
- Serve on your favorite bun.
- Top with mustard, ketchup, chopped onion or additional shredded cheese if desired.
