2 (3.4 ounce) packages JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust
1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

Beat pudding mixes, milk and juice with whisk 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups onto bottom of crust.
Whisk 1/2 the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding mixture; spread over pudding layer in crust. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

36 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
20 worm-shaped chewy fruit snacks

Steps:

Crush cookies in zipper-style plastic bag with rolling pin. Or, place in food processor container; cover and process until finely crushed.
Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in COOL WHIP and 1/2 of the crushed cookies.
Place about 1 Tbsp. of the remaining crushed cookies in each of 10 (6 to 7-oz.) paper or plastic cups. Spoon in pudding mixture; top with remaining crushed cookies.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fruit snacks just before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-3/4 cups fat-free milk
6 cups cubed whole wheat bread (6 to 8 slices)
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat reduced-fat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add egg whites and cinnamon; mix well. Gradually beat in milk until well blended.
Place bread in 8-inch square baking dish; top with chocolate and cream cheese mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until center is set. Cool slightly.

1/3 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1/4 cup sugar
3-1/4 cup 2% milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 each green and red apple
1/4 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

Steps:

Combine wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk in separate medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1/4 cup caramel topping; spoon over cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate 5 hours or until firm.
Chop apples; sprinkle over dessert just before serving. Top with nuts and remaining caramel topping.
