Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add miracle whip, water& vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 8x8 pan.
Bake 35-40 minute@375.

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cups granulated sugar
0.75 cups miracle whip
1 cups water
1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and sugar. Repeat 3 times for a total of 4 sifts.
Mix in Miracle Whip, water and vanilla. Stir just until wet ingredients are blended.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool at least 30 minutes before slicing.

This is a very easy yet absolutely scrumptious and moist chocolate cake. The recipe was lost when my Mom died but was found years later in a church cookbook where she had put it. This will become your secret recipe for chocolate cake!

1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

Place all ingredients in bowl and beat well with electric mixer.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cake:
2 cups flour (sifted)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup Kraft Miracle Whip
1 cup water
1 Tbsp vanilla
Icing:
3/4 C. milk
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa & baking soda. Make a hole in the center of the mix. Put remaining ingredients in the hole & mix. Grease & flour 13 x 9 x 2 pan, pour batter into, bake for 35 minutes. Cool cake then ice. Refrigerate cooked cake.
Icing:
Prepare after cake has cooled then ice cake. Whip flour & milk. Heat on low on stove until thick, stirring constantly. Remove & cool. Beat butter, shortening & sugar until sugar is dissolved and creamy. Add milk mixture. Whip and add vanilla.

1 cup white sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup cold water or 1 cup coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

Combine sugar, flour, soda, and baking powder. Blend in Miracle Whip.
Add liquid coffee or water; add vanilla. Beat smooth.
Bake in an 8-inch square greased pan, at 350F for 45 minutes, or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Frost with your favorite icing.
