KITTENCAL'S WARM POTATO SALAD WITH EGGS
This salad it good in all seasons, you can omit the sour cream and use all mayo, I prefer it with the sour cream, since I really don't bother with exact amounts when I make this, the amounts listed are only a guideline but close to what I use, you certainly may adjust all ingredients to taste, and the recipe may be doubled :)

Steps:
- Place the whole potatoes in a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil, cook until JUST tender (do not cook the potatoes until very soft or they will break apart when mixing).

- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water; bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute; cover then remove from heat and let the eggs sit in the water for 20 minutes.

- In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, mustard and seasoned salt, garlic powder and dill (if using) mix until well combined; add to the potato mixture and toss gently to combine.

WARM (OR COLD) POTATO SALAD
This is my favorite way to make potato salad. I prefer it warm but eat it cold also. The measurements are all approximate.

Steps:
- Scrub the unpeeled red potatoes under running water and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Place in sauce pan with eggs and enough water to cover both by about 1/2 inch.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and boil for 11 minutes.
- Drain.
- Peel and chop hard boiled eggs and add to potatoes in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in mayo, using enough to coat all the potatoes evenly. Add mustard and stir to distribute.
- Salt and pepper to taste. I use a lot of salt. Serve warm within the hour or chill for later.

ALL-AMERICAN LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD
This is a great twist on two all-American favorites--the potato salad and the loaded baked potato. Served cold, this has been a crowd-pleaser at our many family functions and is often requested. Even people who don't normally love potato salad seem to love this!

KITTENCAL'S POTATO SALAD WITH EGGS
I like to call this a great starter recipe as you can add in other things such as bacon or cooked ham, even chopped gherkin pickles, chopped parsley, the choice is yours! --- for best flavor use mayonnaise and salad dressing ---there is 4 hours chilling time all together for this recipe, so plan ahead. --- you will also find a slightly different version of my recipe here http://kittencalskitchen.com/2009/04/05/kittens-potato-salad-with-eggs-and-ham/

COLD POTATO SALAD
This is the second recipe that I adopted from the "'Zaar". This is your basic potato salad recipe and tastes like many you've had in your past. However, I will take the comments into consideration and perhaps tweek this recipe a bit! Cook time does not include marinating time.

POTATO EGG CASSEROLE A LA HOT POTATO SALAD
I found this in a potato cookbook I picked up in a thrift shop and adapted it a little to suit our tastes. It's a great side for a BBQ in the colder weather.
