Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat, and add the beef.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally and breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Drop the heat to medium, add the onions and bell peppers,and cook for another 5-8 minutes until the vegetables are cooked, and the liquid has evaporated.
- Add the seasonings and cream cheese, and stir until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a stoneware baking dish ( we used 12.5" x9.5 ") .
- Arrange the cheese slices on top, and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden around the edges.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting into and serving .
- Serve on its own, or on lettuce cups.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).
- Place the beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat and break up with a spatula. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Add the bell peppers and onions to the pan. Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Saute for 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are soft.
- Add the cream cheese and broth. Stir together until smooth and melted.
- Transfer the mixture to a large stoneware baking dish (8 x 11 ½ inches). Arrange provolone slices on top, overlapping slightly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a skillet over medium high heat, add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, and the shaved steak meat.
- Sprinkle the steak seasoning and salt and pepper to taste over the meat, and saute it until it is completely cooked through. Remove from the skillet, and set aside.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet, and add in the onions and peppers.
- Season the veggies with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until just starting to become tender.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook until the cream cheese melts, and the sauce thickens.
- Stir ½ cup of the shredded cheese into the sauce, and mix to combine.
- Place the meat and veggies in a well greased 9x9 baking dish, and pour the sauce over top, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top, and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese on top is slightly browned and bubbling.
- Remove, let cook for a few minutes, top with freshly chopped parsley and serve.

- Place the steak in the freezer about 30 minutes before it is needed.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, season with salt, and saute, stirring frequently, for 4 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet along with bell pepper and mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms and bell pepper are tender, about 8 minutes. Remove vegetables from the skillet and set aside. Clean the skillet and allow it to cool down.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Remove steak from the freezer and slice into very thin slices. Season steak with freshly cracked salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to the skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Drop seasoned steak pieces into the hot oil and sauté until the meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove steak from the skillet and drain any drippings.
- Place 2 pizza crusts on pieces of foil or baking sheets, depending on their weight. Spread about 1/4 cup sour cream over each crust. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon minced garlic and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Top each crust evenly with steak, followed by vegetable mixture. Top pizzas with Provolone cheese pieces.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted nicely and the edges of the crust are brown, about 10 minutes.
