KETO BACON WRAPPED GREEN BEANS

Steps:
- Heat a grill to 400 degrees Separate green beans into small bundles of 5-6 beans. Wrap each bundle with 1/3 slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks Combine marinade and brown sugar and microwave 15-20 seconds until sugar is dissolved. Brush half the marinade on the bundles Grill bundles for 3 minutes, turn and grill for 3 minutes more. Remove from grill when bacon is crisp and green beans are tender and lightly charred. Brush with remaining marinade and top with bleu cheese crumbles.

- Place beans in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until cooked but not crisp, about 3 minutes. Remove to paper towels.
- Drain beans; place about 12 beans on each bacon strip. Wrap bacon around beans and secure with a toothpick. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, garlic salt and soy sauce; brush over bundles. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

A delicious and hearty meal made easy & quick. A bacon lovers delight and my husbands favourite dinner! Chicken is stuffed with cream cheese and chives and wrapped in bacon. I have also included my favourite green bean side dish which accompanies this meal perfectly. ENJOY : )

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, chives and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Slice a slit in the chicken breast and use your fingers to create a pocket. Fill chicken with 1/4 of your cream cheese mixture and secure closed with toothpicks.
- Wrap chicken in bacon (2 pieces each) and bake in oven for 45 min or until chicken is cooked throughout.
- Green Beans (start prep when chicken has been cooking about 30min).
- Slice bacon into 1/2 inch strips.
- Pan fry bacon and onions until bacon is crispy.
- Turn frying pan to low and mix in green beans.
- Pan fry beans on low for 10 min or until cooked.

- Divide up the green beans into equal number of bundles to the number of bacon slices. Wrap each bundle of green beans in one slice of bacon. Try to cover as much as the green beans with the bacon.
