A luscious creamy Kahlua dip that's wonderful for dipping fresh strawberries (or your favorite fruit or cookies). This is sooo delicious! Notes: You can use regular milk for the evaporated milk. May be made up to two days in advance; just store in a covered bowl in the fridge until serving time. P.S. Would also be excellent made with Amaretto vs. Kahlua. :) Enjoy!

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
3 -4 tablespoons Kahlua
2 tablespoons brown sugar (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 -4 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
cocoa powder, for garnish
fresh strawberries, for dipping

Steps:

In a medium bowl beat together the dip ingredients with an electric beater until completely combined.
Refrigerate in a covered bowl until serving time. Dust with cocoa powder (sift if lumpy) just before serving.
Serve with fresh strawberries or your favorite fruit or cookies for dipping.

3/4 cup brown sugar (I use light)
1/4 cup Kahlua
8 ounces Cool Whip

Steps:

Cream together the first 3 ingredients with a hand blender real quick and fold in the cool whip and enjoy -- (you can enjoy it right away or put it in the fridge for a few minutes and enjoy it nice and cold.) Hope you all enjoy.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, slowly add kahlua, cream & sugar; beating well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top with almonds when ready to serve.

8 ounces light cream cheese (or Neufchatel)
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup Cool Whip Free
1/4-1/2 cup Kahlua (or the same amount of cold very strong coffee)
fresh fruit, cut in bite-size pieces (Strawberries, pineapple,grapes,melon balls, etc.)

Steps:

Mix the first five ingredients ingredients together well (I used a hand mixer).
Refrigerate and make sure it is"set" before serving with the fresh fruit.

1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 jar(s) 7 oz. marshmallow cream
1-2 Tbsp kahlua coffee liqueur*

Steps:

1. Mix together cream cheese with marshmallow fluff. Stir in liqueur. Serve with fresh fruit. I usually make this the night before. It will last for days.
2. *I have also used Grand Marnier, Amaretto and Frangelico.

1/4 cup Kahlua or 1/4 cup other coffee-flavored liqueur

Combine cream cheese and sugar in a small mixing bowl,beat with mixer until smooth.
Graduall add kahlua and evaporated milk,beating well.
Cover and chill thoroughly.

1 (12 ounce) bag miniature chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened (use ONLY regular cream cheese, light or fat-free won't work)
1/3 cup Kahlua (more or less depending on your taste)
chocolate graham crackers or chocolate graham cracker sticks

Steps:

Be sure that the Cool Whip is completely thawed and the cream cheese is softened at room temperature.
Combine Cool Whip, cream cheese, mini chocolate chips and kahlua in a bowl.
Store in refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours (it tastes better the longer it sits).
Serve with chocolate graham crackers (broken up) or chocolate graham cracker sticks.
