AWESOME KAHLUA CAKE
I have made this cake many times to serve to guests over the holidays and have always gotten rave reviews, it is one of the best Kahlua cakes and I have tried many different recipes over the years, your search will end after you make this cake! :)

Steps:
- Set oven to 350°F.
- Set oven rack to second lowest position.
- Generously grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl combine the cake mix with pudding mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, Kahlua and cinnamon; beat until well blended.
- Stir chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes, or until the cake tests done.
- For the glaze; mix confectioners sugar starting with 2 tablespoons Kahlua until smooth adding in more Kahlua until desired consistency is achieved.
- Pour over cake.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
- Mix the first six ingredients together well (for those who are lactose intolerant, you can substitute regular sour cream with a non-dairy substitute sour cream. It does not effect the taste).
- Spoon in chocolate chips and pour cake bater into bundt pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove cake from oven and cool for ten minutes before inverting onto plate or cake saver.
- Drizzle Icing over cooled cake.
- For icing - mix two or three tablespoons of Kahlua with powdered sugar and purified water to taste (should be a thick, syrupy consistency).

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) with cooking spray; dust with flour.
- Combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs, coffee-flavored liqueur, oil, pudding mix, orange zest, and cinnamon in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until very smooth, about 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared tube pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto a plate; let cool completely, about 30 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease or Butter Bundt Pan
- Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.

- Mix first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup liqueur; let stand 5 min. Pour into 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan sprayed with cooking spray.

One of my favorite drinks is made with kahlua so I couldn't resist making and then posting this yummy cake. Plan ahead, cake must cool for 4 hours. Cooling time is included in prep time. I got it from Paula Deen's magazines.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over bottom of pan; set aside.
- In large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix.
- Add water, oil, liqueur and eggs.
- Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.

- Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat egg whites until frothy; then add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form; set aside.

KAHLUA CHOCOLATE CAKE
I made this for the work holiday party after experimenting with a few similar recipes. It was very good and was the first dessert finished! The best part is that it is really easy to make. I used Betty Crocker Super Moist cake mix, and Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free chocolate pudding because that's what I had in the house - but I'm sure any brand of cake mix and any type of chocolate pudding would work well. I made it the day before so the syrup had plenty of time to soak into the cake.
