2 ounces cream cheese (softened)
4 teaspoons yellow onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon butter (softened)
4 teaspoons green bell pepper (finely diced)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
6 ounces crab lump meat
1 tablespoon green onion (sliced)
1 teaspoon parsley (chopped)

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and butter until smooth. Blend in seasoned salt and paprika.
Stir in yellow onions, crab meat, green pepper, and mozzarella cheese. Place in a lightly greased small shallow baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until mixture bubbles, about 10 - 14 minutes.
Serve dip with unsalted or very lightly salted corn chips. This appetizer will serve two to three or makes a great light lunch with a crisp salad.

2/3 cup mayonnaise
5 egg yolks
2 tsp lemon juice
zest of one lemon
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp blackening seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
2 lbs chunk crabmeat
2 tbsp butter
bread crumbs

Steps:

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl..
Make into 4 oz. patties. Place the bread crumbs on a plate and coat the patties in the crumbs.
Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over a medium high heat.
Fry the patties in butter until lightly golden - about 4 minutes each side. Serve with coleslaw and french fries.
