1 pkg. "JIFFY" Pizza Crust Mix
1/4 tsp. garlic and herb seasoning
1 pkg. (3 oz) pepperoni slices, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup warm water (80°F to 90°F)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic & herb seasoning

Steps:

  • Directions Step 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease baking sheet. Step 2 Combine pizza crust mix, seasoning, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Add water and mix well. Step 3 Spread Parmesan cheese on flat surface; knead dough into cheese. Roll to 1/2″ thick; cut into 1″ bread sticks. Place 1" apart on baking sheet. Bake 18 - 20 minutes. Step 4 Mix together coating ingredients. After removing sticks from oven, brush tops with coating.

40 slices pepperoni slices
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
pizza sauce, for serving
8 oz cremini mushroom, cleaned and quartered
½ medium red onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
kosher salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough, 13.8 ounce (390 G)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
ranch dressing, for serving
40 cherry tomatoes
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough, 13.8 ounce (390 G)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
chopped fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
pesto, for serving
24 wooden skewers, 12 in (30 cm)

Steps:

  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C) and line 4 baking sheets, or as many as you have, with parchment paper.
  • Make the pepperoni pizza sticks: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  • Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8 strips.
  • Fold 5 pepperoni slices into quarters and thread onto a wooden skewer, spacing about 1 inch (2 ½ cm) apart. Repeat to make 8 skewers total.
  • Starting at the pointed end of a skewer, weave a dough strip down around the pepperoni slices, pinching at the bottom to secure, and set on a prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining skewers.
  • Brush the skewers with the seasoned oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake the skewers for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through, until the dough is golden brown.
  • Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
  • Make the vegetarian pizza sticks: Spread the mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper in an even layer on a baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, and the red pepper flakes and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss to coat.
  • Roast the vegetables for 15 minutes, until the mushrooms are golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

  • Brush the skewers with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.

  • Make the margherita pizza skewers: Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8 strips.

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup hot tap water
1 (3 ounce) package pepperoni slices, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees, grease one baking sheet.
  • Mix pizza crust mix, garlic powder, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  • Add hot water and mix well.
  • Spread Parmesan cheese onto greased baking sheet.
  • Drop dough onto parmesan cheese and knead dough into cheese to reduce stickiness.
  • Roll dough out on same pan, to 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Using a pizza slicer, cut dough into 1 inch strips , but don't separate.
  • Bake 15-18 minutes and remove from oven.
  • Mix topping ingredients and spread over hot breadsticks.

3 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees, grease 2 baking sheets.
  • Combine pizza crust mix and 1/2 teaspoon of the seasoning, stir to blend. Add warm water to form a dough.
  • Add pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread parmesan cheese on flat surface.
  • Drop a tablespoon of dough on cheese. Roll dough into 7 inch strips. Place about 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
  • Bake 18 minutes.

1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated breadsticks
36 slices pepperoni
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup pizza sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • Unroll breadstick dough and separate into 12 pieces. Place three pepperoni slices on the bottom half of each breadstick, leaving about 3/4 in. of dough at the end. Fold top of dough over pepperoni and pinch end to seal; twist breadsticks. , Place on ungreased baking sheets. Combine Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder; sprinkle over breadsticks. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce.
