JENNIE-O GROUND TURKEY BISCUIT CUPS
I made this for lunch today. It was a HUGE hit with my 8,6 & 3 year old kids & of course my husband.

Steps:
- Brown ground turkey and drain grease if needed, add McCormick seasoning and add 1/2 cup water and let simmer.
- Mold biscuits into muffin pans, bake for 8 minutes.
- Add can of Rotel and cheese to ground turkey mix.
- Add a heaping large spoon of ground turkey mix to the middle of each biscuit, bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
- Makes 16 Jennie-O Ground Turkey Biscuit Cups.

BREAKFAST BISCUIT CUPS
This is a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese that freezes very well. Sixty seconds in the microwave & you have breakfast!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium non-stick skillet, cook the sausage and onion over medium heat, about 5 minutes or until meat is done. Drain any excess grease.
- Cook the scrambled eggs.
- Add the cheese and sausage/onion mixture to the eggs.
- Divide each biscuit in half by pulling apart the layers. Press each half into non-stick muffin tins coated with non-stick cooking spray. Divide the meat evenly into the prepared muffin tins. Bake for 10 minute.
- To Freeze: cool baked cups to room temperature Freeze on baking sheet, then transfer to zip-top freezer bags.
- To Prepare after Freezing: Preheat oven to 350. Defrost cups or place them frozen on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 min or until heated through OR.
- Reheat in microwave approximately 1 minute.

- Preheat oven to 375*. Press one biscuit onto bottom and up the sides of each cup of two 6 cup muffin pans (will fill 10 cups). Chill until ready to fill.
- Blend gravy mix and milk; set aside. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in peas, turkey and thyme; heat through. Add gravy mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until gravy comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, 1 minute, or until thickened.
- Spoon turkey mixture into prepared biscuit cups. Bake 15 minutes.
