Steps:
- Make jello as directed on box.
- Put in fridge to let the jello set.
- Once the jello has started to set take the jello out of the fridge.
- Place entire tub of whipped cream in jello.
- Beat with mixer on low until everything is mixed together.
- Put back in fridge until the jello is completely set.
- ENJOY!

- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
- Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. (Gelatin mixture will be thin.)
- Pour into 10 glasses or dessert dishes, 1-1/2-qt. bowl or 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 8 hours or until firm. If using mold, unmold dessert onto serving plate just before serving.

FRUITY JELLO-ICE CREAM WHIP
Fresh and creamy, delicious dessert my grandmother used to make. You can use any flavor jello, and you can add fresh or canned fruit for extra eye-appeal. Cook time includes refrigeration.

Steps:
- Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
- Add jello and stir until COMPLETELY dissolved.
- Add cold water and refrigerate until almost set.
- Begin adding softened ice cream, small amounts at a time, and beat with hand mixer until smooth.
- Refrigerate until firm, 2-3 hours.
- OPTIONAL (this is very pretty in a clear glass bowl):When jello and ice cream mixture is completely set, drain a can of peaches or other fruit and layer on top of jello mixture.
- Repeat directions for jello with a second package; refrigerate until almost set, then pour carefully over fruit for a clear layer.
- Refrigerate until completely set.

JELLO WHIP FROSTING
I'm a big fan of using Jello Instant Pudding and Cool Whip as a frosting for cupcakes, so I assumed there must be a typically-used fruity Instant Jello equivalent. Long story short, there was not. I put this together using some of the bits and pieces of recipes I could find, and some spur-of-the-moment thinking when I thought it was going to go all wrong. My first attempt was using raspberry flavour on chocolate cupcakes, but experiment with different flavours and see what you like best!

Steps:
- Stir 1 package of jelly powder in 1/2 cup boiling water for 2 min., until dissolved.
- Add enough cold water to 1/2 cup ice cubes to make up 3/4 cup. Stir into jelly powder until ice is completely melted.
- Whisk in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Topping with a wire whisk.
- Refrigerate approximately 1 hour, or until it is no longer liquid (more like a mousse consistency).
- Break up the mixture a little bit with a spatula.
- Gently fold in remaining 1/2 cup of Cool Whip, blending until desired consistency is reached.
- Frost cakes or cupcakes using a knife, spatula or piping bag - whatever you use for normally frosting cakes!
WHIPPED JELL-O JARS

- Add 3/4 cup boiling water to 1 pkg. gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to 1/2 cup cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to dissolved gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thickened but not set.
- Beat with mixer on high speed 2 min. or until about doubled in volume. Spoon into 12 (8-oz.) jelly jars.
- Repeat with each remaining gelatin flavor to make a total of 4 layers, refrigerating after each layer as directed.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

- Chill mixing bowl and beaters for at least 15 minutes before using. Place water in a small microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over water and allow to soften 5 minutes.
- Dissolve gelatin by microwaving for 3 minutes, stirring after every minute. Remove from microwave and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes; gelatin must be liquid but not warm when added to cream.
- Remove bowl and beaters from refrigerator and pour in cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat together just until beater marks begin to show distinctly.
