- Turn on a multi-cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and the select Saute function. Melt butter in the pot. Saute onion, apple, and celery until onion and celery are slightly translucent, about 5 minutes. Add broth; scrape off bits from the bottom of the pot. Add gravy mix; stir until dissolved.
- Combine kosher salt, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, sage, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Rub onto the turkey breast.
- Lower a trivet into the pot; place seasoned turkey on top. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 50 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, 10 to 40 minutes.
- Mix water and quick-mixing flour together slowly in a bowl until slurry is smooth.
- Unlock the lid and open the pot; transfer turkey to a plate. Strain the liquid from the pot; return it to the pot and select Saute function. Bring to a boil. Stir in the slurry slowly until gravy is thickened to your satisfaction. Slice turkey and serve with gravy.

Instant Pot frozen turkey breast recipe in case you forget to defrost your meat for Thanksgiving or year round. A healthy, easy pressure cooker recipe.

- Place trivet inside pot, add chopped veggies and thyme. Pour cup of broth on top.
- Unwrap breast and place on top of vegetables. Drizzle top with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings (any you want, just salt and pepper were added to this)
- Close lid and steam valve. For 3 lbs. boneless set to high pressure for 36 minutes (or approx. 12 min. per pound).
- Let steam naturally release for 20 minutes, release, then remove breast from pot.
- If you want to create gravy you can add a dry gravy packet to the liquid at the bottom and whisk together on saute function. Should thicken enough as it cooks down. If you want to thicken add a few tbsp of water with cornstarch, whisk together and add that in.
- Ensure temp in middle of breast is 165 degrees F before consuming.

The Instant Pot is all the rage these days and for good reason! With this recipe, you can make this deliciously juicy, and flavorful Instant Pot Turkey Breast in no time!

- Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of olive oil all over the turkey breast and rub it in.
- In a small bowl, combine the spices.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the outside of the turkey breast.
- Add the trivet (wire rack that came with your Instant Pot) into the bottom of the pot. Pour 1/2 cup of water into the pot. Place the turkey on top of the trivet.
- Close the lid and push MANUAL (or PRESSURE COOK) and set the timer to 25 minutes.
- Once the Instant Pot cycle is complete, let the pot do a natural release cycle (should take about 10 to 15 minutes - you will hear the pin drop when the pressure has naturally released).
- Carefully unlock and remove the lid from the Instant Pot.
- Transfer the turkey breast to a cutting board, cover completely with aluminum foil and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into it.
- If crispier skin is desired, broil it in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Cut turkey into slices and serve.

- Rub the turkey with butter then sprinkle it with the salt and pepper. Place the trivet in the bottom of the instant pot and add the broth, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, and herbs.

- The turkey skin will not brown in the pressure cooker. If you want crispy brown skin then turn the oven broiler on high. Set the turkey under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes until the skin is brown.

- Remove the packaging from your frozen turkey breast. If your breast comes with a gravy packet, thaw it just enough under hot water to remove the gravy packet; reserve the gravy packet.
- Using the reserved gravy packet and the liquids from the Instant Pot that have accumulated with the chicken broth during the cooking process, use the saute setting on the Instant Pot to bring these liquids to a simmer. Create a corn starch slurry by whisking together equal parts water and cornstarch (I'd start with 1 Tbs. of each). Adding a little of the slurry at a time, whisk constantly until the gravy is nicely thickened and smooth. Serve at once over mashed potatoes and sliced turkey.
