IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE

Steps:

• Brown ground beef with onions in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
• Stir in salt and pepper.
• Spread in deep pie plate.
• Combine milk, Bisquick and eggs in mixing bowl.
• Beat with mixer for 1 minute.
• Pour over beef mixture in pie plate.
• Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.
• Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
• Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400°F Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
• In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
• In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
• Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
