Iced Lemon Cava Cocktail Food

CAVA COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Start by making the dried orange slices to garnish. Spread out the orange slices on a lined baking tray. Heat oven to 110C/ 90C fan/gas ¼ and cook for 2 hrs. Can be done a day ahead and stored in a container.
• Pour the fruit juices, vodka, cinnamon syrup and orange blossom water into a cocktail shaker and add a couple of handfuls of ice. Shake well, then strain into two large wine glasses with more ice. Top up with cava and garnish with a slice of dried orange.

LEMON CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a pitcher, combine the lemonade and vodka. Slowly stir in the champagne. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.
• Cook's Note: To make vanilla-flavored vodka, place 3 whole vanilla beans in a 750 ml bottle of plain vodka. Place the bottle in a cool dark place for at least 10 days to allow the vanilla to infuse the vodka. Open the bottle occasionally during the infusion time.

ITALIAN LEMONADE

Steps:

• Mix lemon juice, Basil Simple Syrup, and water together in a pitcher. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Pour over ice filled glasses and garnish with a lemon twist.
• In a saucepan combine basil, sugar, and water and simmer until the sugar is dissolved, 5 minutes. Cool, strain the simple syrup, and store in the refrigerator.

REFRESHING LEMON COCKTAILS (+FRESH LIME TEQUILA SOUR)

Steps:

• Pour all ingredients, except ice, into cocktail shaker.
• Shake hard for 30 seconds.
• Add ice filling shaker 1/3, then shake 30 seconds.
• Strain and Serve.

ICED LEMON COFFEE

Steps:

• Combine coffee, ice cubes, lemon juice, and stevia in a glass. Stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

THE BEST LEMON ICED TEA

Steps:

• Place green tea bags and black tea bags in a 1-gallon glass jar. Pour boiling water over tea bags; steep for 30 minutes.
• Remove tea bags; stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate until dissolved. Fill jar to the top with cold water; stir in lemon juice. Chill in the refrigerator until cold. Serve over ice.

ICED LEMON CAVA COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a container fitted with a tight lid, combine the sugar and 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water. Cover and shake for 3 minutes. Let rest, then shake again for 30 seconds. Transfer to a small pitcher. Stir in the lemon juice, then the cava.
• Fill 4 tall, narrow half-cup tumblers with crushed ice. Pour in enough of the cava mixture to just cover the ice. Garnish with fresh mint.
