HOW TO MAKE NO-CHURN ICE CREAM
Steps:
- Place a 6-cup container into the freezer. In a large bowl, mix to combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla paste, and crushed sandwich cookies. Set aside. In another large bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream to stiff peaks, taking care not to over-whip the cream.Fold about 1 cup of the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture, to lighten, then fold in the remaining whipped cream. Get the container from the freezer and quickly transfer the ice cream mixture to the container. Freeze for 4-5 hours, until firm. Then scoop, serve, and enjoy!Recipe note: Nearly all no-churn ice cream recipes call for a ratio of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk to 2 cups heavy cream. I have tweaked this amount in both directions and have found this amount to be just right, and then you don't have any partial cans used!

Steps:
- Freeze a 9-by-5-by-3-inch metal loaf pan until chilled.
- Whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla and salt in a medium bowl. Transfer half to another medium bowl and stir in the blue food coloring. Set aside.
- Whip the cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until firm peaks form, about 2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of whipped cream to each bowl of the condensed milk mixture and fold with separate rubber spatulas until combined. Divide the remaining whipped cream evenly between the bowls and fold to combine.
- Use separate ice cream scoops or large spoons to drop scoops of each mixture into the chilled loaf pan, alternating between the colors. Drag a long wooden skewer through the mixture to swirl the colors, making sure the skewer reaches down to the bottom of the pan. Top with the candies. Cover and freeze until solid and scoopable, at least 5 hours and up to overnight.
- Scoop the ice cream into serving dishes or cones and top with more candies and shark gummies before serving.

NO-CHURN PEACH ICE CREAM
This summery and flavorful peach ice cream comes together easily without an ice cream maker. A base of fresh peach puree flavored with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and ginger is lightened with whipped cream before freezing. For the best peach flavor, seek out ripe seasonal peaches. If they're unavailable, thawed frozen peaches are a great substitute.

Steps:
- In a food processor, puree the peaches until nearly smooth. Scrape the puree into a large bowl and whisk in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, salt, ginger and peach extract if using.
- In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk or in a large bowl using a handheld electric mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Stir 1/3 of the whipped cream into the peach mixture to lighten it, then gently fold in the remaining whipped cream in 2 or 3 batches until no streaks remain. Scrape the mixture into a chilled 6-cup freezer-proof pan (a loaf pan works well). Press a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the ice cream. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
