Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Pour the frozen chicken nuggets out onto a baking sheet.
- Pour the vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper onto the baking sheet.
- Using your hands, tumble and mix the chicken nuggets, oil and spices until well coated.
- Spread the chicken nuggets out as far as possible from each other on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden crispy brown.
- Serve hot with selection of dips and sauces.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch sized pieces. In a medium bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, thyme and basil. Mix well. Put melted butter in a bowl or dish for dipping.
- Dip chicken pieces into the melted butter first, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the well-coated chicken pieces on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a single layer, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces. Spread panko on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a shallow dish, then add Parmesan and 1/2 teaspoon salt; drizzle with oil and stir to combine.
- Place flour and eggs in separate shallow dishes. Increase temperature to 450 degrees.
- Set a wire rack in a rimmed baking sheet; lightly coat rack with cooking spray. In batches, coat chicken in flour, shaking off excess, dip in egg, then coat with panko, pressing to adhere. Place on rack.
- Bake until chicken is cooked through, 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve nuggets with sauce.

- Heat 1 inch oil to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) in a large skillet or saucepan.
- Stir together the flour, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces individually into the beaten eggs before pressing into the flour mixture to coat; shake off the excess flour. Place the coated chicken pieces onto a plate until all the chicken has been coated.

- Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into 1x1x1/2 inch pieces.
- Fill a deep fryer with corn oil, no more than 1/3 full. Heat to medium heat.
- Place egg and water in a small bowl and mix well. Add the flour, sesame seeds and salt, stirring until a smooth batter is formed.
- Dip chicken pieces in batter and drain off any excess. Add battered chicken, a few pieces at a time, to the hot oil. Fry about 4 minutes or until golden brown and done (remove chicken from oil to test). Drain on paper towels.

- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Put the pieces on a layer of cling film, cover with another layer of cling film, then use a rolling pin to bash the pieces until around 2-3mm thick and uniform.
- You can either cook the chicken nuggets in a frying pan or in the oven. If you're not pan-frying, heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7 and lightly oil two baking trays.
- Tip the flour onto a plate and mix with a pinch of salt. Put the beaten egg in a bowl, and tip the breadcrumbs into another bowl.
- Dip each chicken piece in the flour, then into the egg (shaking off the excess), and finally toss in the breadcrumbs and transfer to the lightly oiled baking tray.
- If cooking the nuggets in the oven, bake for 10-15 mins, turning halfway through. If pan-frying, heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat and cook the nuggets in two or three batches for 3-4 mins on each side until golden.
