¼ - ½ tsp ground cinnamon (based on how much you like cinnamon)
Salt and pepper to taste

  • Drain the carrots of the water that they come packed in.
  • In a medium sized saucepan on the stove top over medium heat, place all of the ingredients listed.
  • Heat over medium heat until heated through a bubbling. Stir frequently

  • Heat butter over medium heat until melted in a small skillet. Add brown sugar and cinnamon; stir until well combined.
  • Spread carrots in an even layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with butter mixture; toss to coat.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  • Serve immediately.

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup Kahlua

Steps:

  • Melt butter in medium saucepan.
  • Add brown sugar and Kahlua, stirring over medium heat to dissolve the brown sugar.
  • Add the carrots and stir to coat.
  • Cover and continue to cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
