- Separate ham slices and place in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the apple juice, brown sugar, relish, mustard and paprika. Pour over ham. , Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through. Place 3-4 slices of ham on each roll. Serve with additional relish if desired.

HOT HAM 'N' CHEESE SANDWICHES
These are some yummy hot sandwiches and can be made ahead of time and then heated later. I've made them for our family and even a large group. The butter "spread" makes enough for double the sandwiches. Don't over use - more is not better on these sandwiches! The taste is great but when I've spread more on because it tastes so...good - I've ended up with soggy bread. This recipe came from a '99 Quick Cooking magazine.

- In a bowl, combine the butter, mustard, onion and poppy seeds.
- Spread over cut sides of buns (moderatly- not thick).
- Layer ham and cheese on the bottom halves.
- Replace tops.

- Preheat your oven's broiler to high. Split open the hamburger buns and place on a large baking sheet.
- Coat the buns evenly with the butter. Toast under preheated broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Switch the oven broiler off and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Layer half of the ham slices evenly on the bottom of each bun. Top with a slice of cheese. Repeat these layers one more time. Place the top buns on the sandwiches.
- Bake the sandwiches for 7-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- OPTIONAL: In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise and dijon mustard and serve with the hot sandwiches.

- Cut entire package of rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom half in a 9x9 ovenproof baking dish. Layer ham and Swiss cheese over bottom half. Replace the top of the rolls.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, melted butter, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.Pour sauce over the rolls, just covering the tops. Cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover and cook for additional 2 minutes until tops are slightly browned and crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Hollow out the rolls, leaving a bread shell. Stir together the ham, cheese, green onion, tomatoe and mustard. Spoon into rolls; slightly compressing the top and bottom to press the mix into both top and bottom hollows. Wrap each roll loosely in foil and bake for 20 minute.
