Steps:
- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Mix together the soy, ketchup and honey with the five-spice. Put the pork tenderloin on a baking tray and brush with just under half the sauce. Roast in the oven for 10 mins, then brush with a little extra sauce and return to the oven for a further 15 mins.
- Meanwhile, soak the noodles in boiling water until soft. Drain, reserving about 50ml of the water. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the corn and sugar snap peas, and stir-fry for 3 mins, adding the water to help the veg steam.
- Add the stir-fry veg and half the spring onions, and cook for 3 mins more until wilted. Tip in the noodles and the rest of the sauce. Using tongs, mix everything to combine. Remove the pork, cut into slices and serve on top of the noodles. Scatter with remaining spring onions.

HONEY PEPPER PORK STIR FRY
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix the pork strips and cornflour well. Add the soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic and mix. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add half the pork (allowing some of the marinade to drip off before adding it to the wok) Cook, stirring regularly, until the juice has almost all evaporated and it starts to caramelise (4-5 minutes).
- Transfer to a clean plate. Repeat with the remaining half of pork.
- Wipe the pan out with paper towel (to remove any burnt bits) then add the final teaspoon of oil over medium heat.
- Add the capsicum and broccoli. Cook, stirring often, until tender (4-5 minutes)
- Add the pork back to the pan and stir to combine.
- Mix together the ¼ cup of water and remaining marinade, then pour it into the pan. Mix everything well and cook for a further minute or so. If you'd like a thinner sauce, just add a little more water.
- Stir in the pepper to taste.

PORK STIR-FRY WITH HONEY, LIME, AND GINGER
Provided by The Kitchen Snob adapted from Kylie Kwong's Simple Chinese Cooking
Number Of Ingredients 17
Steps:
- Mix together marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
- Slice pork in thin pieces (1/4 inch thick) and add them to marinade and stir. (Tip: it is easier to slice pork if it is slightly frozen)
- Cover and marinade in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Take pork marinate out of refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking to let it start coming down to room temperature.
- When cutting green onions, cut the dark green portion into approximately 3″ lengths and when you get to the lighter portion of the onion, chop into smaller pieces. So you will have some long strips and about 1/4 cup of smaller chopped pieces.
- Preheat wok or skillet to medium-high. You want it really hot.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in the hot wok until it shimmers.
- Add half of the pork and stir-fry for 30 seconds or until cooked on both sides(see notes below). Remove the pork and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the wok and stir-fry remaining pork for another 30 seconds.
- Add the pork you previously set aside back to the wok and stir in green onions, vinegar, soy sauce, and water.
- Add the juice of 1 lime and add to wok.
- Add the lime slices from 1 lime.
- Stir-fry another minute until pork is lightly browned.
- Slice a lime in half and squeeze juice over pork and stir.
- Serve with lime wedges and serve with white rice.
HONEY PORK STIR-FRY
A recipe from one of those small community cookbooks that we have modified for our tastes by cutting the amount of meat in half and adding extra veggies! Like any stir-fry, this one is very versatile and you could use almost any veggies that you like. We have also added baby corn and red bell pepper before. *Updated: The review by LARavenscroft reminded me that we usually do 1.5 times or double the amount of sauce, depending on the amount of veggies we are using, so please update accordingly if you feel it needs more sauce.

Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients to make the sauce. Add sauce to onions, then return pork and any accumulated juices to pan.
