- Preheat oven to 475. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl (or glass measuring cup), whisk together honey, vinegar, thyme, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Place chicken pieces on prepared pan; brush with honey glaze to coat. Roast, brushing twice with glaze (do not baste during last 5 minutes of cooking), until chicken is deep brown on the outside and opaque throughout, 20 to 25 minutes.

- In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, chili flakes, honey, mustard, olive oil and salt and pepper until it emulsifies, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Place chicken drumsticks in a baking dish, one that's about 9x13 inch. Pour sauce over chicken drumsticks and make sure they are all nicely coated in the sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

- Marinate the chicken breast in homemade or prepare Italian dressing for at least 30 min to an hour.

- Saute until translucent.

- In a mixing bowl combine mustard, honey, chili onion crunch, garlic powder, white vinegar, peach, Worcestershire sauce and whisk.
- Place your chicken thighs skin side up in your baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper then pour 1/2 the marinade over the top, flip them over and add the other half of the marinade.

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees f. and lightly rub or spray a large baking dish with cooking oil such as avocado oil.
- Pat your chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken drums into the prepared dish and season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper.

- Mix together the butter, mustard, honey (fill the empty mustard jar with honey) paprika and lemon juice. Season and taste. You may need more lemon juice. It may tasta a little spicy, depending on what mustard you use but remember that will calm down a lot once it is cooked. In an ovenproof casserole, place the chicken thighs skin side down and pour over half the sauce. cook for 15 minutes in a moderate oven. Remove from the oven and turn the thighs over. pour over the remainder of the sauce and sprinkle each thigh with some poppy seeds. Place back in the oven for a further 10 mins or until the thighs are cooked through. Great served with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal veg. Any remaining sauce can be spooned over you chicken and potatoes.
ORANGE CHICKEN WITH BROWN SUGAR HONEY MUSTARD GLAZE

- In a small bowl, whisk marinade ingredients together. Add marinade large freezer bag along with chicken. Marinate 1 hour up to overnight (the longer the better). Reserve ½ cup of marinade separately to use for basting and add in honey and brown sugar prior to broiling the baked chicken.
- Preheat oven to 350F. If chicken has been refrigerated, let sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Once very hot, remove chicken from marinade and pat dry. Add chicken and sear 3-5 minutes, or until nicely browned (or blackened if you prefer) on one side. Turn chicken over, cover, and reduce heat to medium. Cook for approximately 3 minutes more.
- Once chicken is seared, place into an oven safe dish or foil lined baking sheet.

- Finish under broiler just to crisp up the skin and garnish with additional orange slices if desired.

- Mix honey, mustard, wine, oil and 3 tablespoons vinegar in medium bowl. Transfer 3/4 cup honey-mustard sauce to small bowl and set aside to use at serving time. Place chicken in large roasting pan. Pour remaining honey-mustard sauce over. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Place chicken, skin side up, on rimmed baking sheet. Roast chicken 55 minutes, basting occasionally with reserved marinade and pan drippings. Increase heat to 400°F. Roast chicken until skin is deep golden brown and juices run clear when thickest part of thigh is pierced, about 15 minutes.
