1 1/2 lbs ground turkey or 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
1/3 cup water chestnut, chopped fine
3/4 cup fine breadcrumbs
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup green onion
1 egg
2 teaspoons oxo low-sodium instant chicken bouillon granules
1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic

Steps:

  • Meatloaves-Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix lightly but throughly to blend.
  • Divide into 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  • (You can freeze the loaves at this point. Place into a large ziploc bag, label and freeze. To serve: heat in oven or microwave until warm, serve with sauce.).
  • Or Remove from pan and serve with honey garlic sauce immediately.
  • Sauce-Combine ingredients in a sauce pan.
  • Cook and stir on low heat until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with rice or Oriental noodles.

1 egg
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mrs. dash lemon pepper seasoning
2 large garlic cloves, minced
ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x10 glass baking dish; set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients then transfer to bakind dish.
  • Top with desired amount of ketchup.
  • Bake at 350 for 1.25 hours.
  • Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.

1 egg
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup honey barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 pound ground beef
Ketchup

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve bouillon in water. Stir in the egg, oats, barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. , Press into an ungreased 8x4-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top with ketchup. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until thermometer reads 160°. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes

1/2 package Ritz cracker, crakers crushed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • mix all ingredients together.
  • If the mix is too dry add the extra egg.
  • Place in a 9X13 baking dish.
  • Bake until internal temp is 165 about 45 min to 1 hour.

1 large egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. dried minced onions
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix meat, cracker crumbs, egg, onions, garlic powder, honey, pepper, half each of the tomatoes and barbecue sauce, and 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce just until blended.
  • Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; flatten top with spatula. Mix remaining tomatoes, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce until blended; spoon over meatloaf. Cover; place pan on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF), uncovering for the last 15 min.

2 lbs of good quality lean ground beef
one medium onion, quartered
1 1/2 cups baby carrots
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 (6 ounce) package garlic or 1 (6 ounce) package italian flavored croutons
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt, black & cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cumin
1 dash of worcestershire and louisiana hot sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350.
  • In your food processor, pulse the onion, carrots, garlic, and horseradish until fine. Add to ground beef.
  • Pulse the dry ingredients: croutons, chili powder, salt, & peppers, and add them to bowl with meat and veggies and mix.
  • Mold into a loaf shape with your hands in a pan that has a lip and place in oven.
  • Mix together remaining ingredients ( ketchup, honey, cumin, Worcestershire, and Louisiana hot sauce).
  • After 15 mins, start basting loaf with mixture.
  • The meatloaf is done when the temperature reaches 160 about 40 min.
