- Toss carrots with onion, and add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until tender. Turn oven off and add honey and butter, mixing thoroughly. Place dish back in the warm oven for a few minutes. Serve immediately.

- Season pork with salt and pepper. Warm oil in large skillet with lid over medium-high heat; add tenderloins and cook until browned on all sides, 8-10 minutes. Remove pork to a plate and set aside.
- Return skillet to medium heat and add apple juice, honey and ginger, scraping up any browned bits on the bottom of the skillet. Stir in carrots. Return pork to skillet, nestling it into carrots. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook 5 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Lightly oil a 1-quart baking dish or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine carrots, apples, cinnamon, honey, and orange juice. Mix well. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Press mixture down gently with the back of a spoon.

- Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add pears; cover and steam until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. - In a large saucepan over high heat, combine carrots, potatoes and enough water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Drain.
- In a 2 1/2 quart baking dish, layer carrot slices to cover bottom. Sprinkle 1/3 brown sugar, salt and pepper on top and dot with 1 tablespoon margarine.
