- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, walnuts, honey, cinnamon and salt until combined. Spread on anything and eat!
CHEESE AND HONEY PIE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch flan dish with the pastry and bake blind for 10 minutes.
- Increase the heat in the oven to 375 degrees F.
- While pastry is cooking, mix the cheese with the honey. Add eggs, lemon juice and half the cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Cover the pastry base with walnuts and pour the mixture on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Make sure the mixture is set and then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon on top. Let cool to room temperature and serve.

- Wedge out fresh chunks of cheese and put on a serving dish. Sprinkle the walnut halves over the cheese and drizzle with honey.

- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the sesame seeds in a shallow dish and brush the block of feta all over with the honey. Carefully press the honey-coated feta into the sesame seeds, turning so that it's well crusted with seeds.
- Put the feta in a baking dish (it should fit snugly), then sprinkle over the oregano and a pinch of sea salt. Drizzle with some olive oil. Bake for 15-20 mins until the feta is soft, then drizzle with a little extra honey and serve with the pitta breads on the side.

- Mix feta, anthotiro, honey, egg yolk and cinnamon until a thick pulp is created.
- Cut the filo crust in stripes of 12 cm wide each.
- Baste with melted butter and place on the bottom of each stripe a portion of the mixture.
- Then roll each stripe like rolling a cigar. Baste the surface of each roll with melted butter and bake in preheated oven in 160 - 170 C until golden.
