HOISIN PORK WITH RICE
Hoisin, a sweet and salty soybean-based sauce, is commonly used in Cantonese cooking and often paired with barbecued meats. Here, it's brushed on lean pork tenderloin that's broiled and served with brown rice and a quick carrot salad.

This is day 13: Dinner, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. I don't eat these cuts of pork, so I used chicken breast instead. Also, you can use baby spinach in place of the watercress.

HAWAIIAN ROAST BEEF
This was an experiment that went right... with a very pleasantly surprising taste taste. Being Jewish I don't eat pork, but I wanted to try to simulate a Hawaiian dish for an evening meal. Make sure you have the time for this one!!!

CHICKEN HOMINY SOUP
I don't eat pork so I made a kosher version of a very delicious meal. This is amazing and I always seem to be doubling this recipe--it disappears so fast on the table. If the chili powder is omitted, it's more of a chicken soup instead of a spicy soup.
