Herdez Creamy Tomatillo Verde Avocado Salsa image

Creamy Tomatillo Verde Avocado Salsa makes a delicious creamy and spicy dip for any occasion. Perfect for Cinco De Mayo.

1/2 of a (12-ounce jar Herdez Tomatillo Verde Mexican Cooking Sauce)
1 large ripe avocado
1 6-ounce container non-fat greek yogurt
1 cup fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. (if you can resist it that long!)
  • Serve with tortilla chips or with fish tacos, enchiladas or any other of your favorite Mexican dishes.

  • Place cooking sauce, avocado, yogurt, and cilantro in a blender or food processor and puree till smooth. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
