TATER TOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Line up the tater tots in a buttered 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and onion and cook, breaking the sausage up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly, then sprinkle it over the tater tots.
- In a large bowl, mix the milk, half-and-half, seasoned salt, cayenne, eggs, bell peppers, half of both cheeses and some salt and pepper. Pour over the tots and sausage mixture, then top with the rest of the cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake, covered, for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until the cheese is brown and bubbly and the casserole is cooked through, another 20 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.

- ⭐️Brown the beef. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onions, sauteeing until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef, cook, until browned. Drain beef, then return to skillet.
- ⭐️Add ingredients. To beef, add greek yogurt, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Pour beef mixture into a casserole pan.
- Assemble the casserole. Layer drained green beans on top of beef mixture. Top green beans with tater tots, then sprinkle with cheese.
- ⭐️Bake. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown. Top with chopped green onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, and cilantro if desired.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and beginning to brown, about 15 minutes. Add the beef to the onions and cook until the meat is brown, stirring and scraping the bottom of the skillet to release the yummy brown bits, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the beef and onion mixture from the skillet into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Scatter the green beans and corn evenly on top. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over top and top with frozen potato tots. Bake uncovered for 1 hour; the potato tots should be golden brown. Serve.

- Preheat oven, 400 deg.
- In a large skillet, heat oil. Add chopped onion, mushrooms and saute for 10 min until soft.
- In a 2 quart casserole, line bottom and edges with tater tots. Bake at 400 deg. for 10 minutes.
- Add ground beef to skillet with onion and mushrooms and brown. Remove from heat and add drained corn.
- Meanwhile in a med. bowl, mix soup, 1 Cup cheese, milk, and spices.
- Take casserole out of the oven, add beef, onion, mushroom and corn mixture into the center.
- Pour soup mixture over the top of the beef.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes.
- Remove cover and add the remaining cheese and French fried onions.
- Put back into the oven until cheese is melted approximately 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.

- Brown the ground beef and onion together until fully cooked. Mix soups and cheeses together and then mix in the beef/onions. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Spread 20 potato nuggets in the casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Season beef mixture with 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.

- Brown the ground beef in a skillet until thoroughly cooked.
- drain off excess grease.
- Transfer ground beef back into skillet and add the can of cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper; stir until mixed evenly.

- Brown the meat and onion in a pan and drain off the fat.
- Warm the soup in a pan, add 1 cup cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the meat to the cheese and soup mixture.
