FANTASTIC MEXICAN DIP

Fantastic Mexican Dip image

This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law and always goes fast! Cream cheese at the base of the dip makes it extra thick and scoopable. Seasoned beef and vegetables make it extra filling and tasty! You may want to prepare two batches. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.

RANCH GARLIC BUTTER DIP

Ranch Garlic Butter Dip image

I came up with this recipe after falling in love with a local Mexican restaurant's garlic butter dip that they serve with their grilled chicken. It took several tries to figure out what the missing ingredient was. This is pretty close. It would be good with steak, shrimp, or veggies too.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic (not garlic salt)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons ranch fat free dip mix

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and heat on stove or in microwave just until butter or margarine completely melts. Stir well and serve hot as a dip for chicken, steak, shrimp, or veggies.
