- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Cook and stir beef and onion together in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Stir ground beef mixture, sour cream, corn, mushroom soup, chicken soup, and egg noodles together in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper and spread the mixture into a 13x8-inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until the egg noodles are tender, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the casserole and continue baking until the cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes more.

HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE
Hamburger Noodle Casserole is an easy ground beef casserole recipe loaded with egg noodles, veggies, cheese and crispy fried onions.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Place ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat along with a dab of butter or margarine.
- Added diced onions to the pot with the ground beef while it's cooking.
- Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
- Once the ground beef is fully cooked, add the water and egg noodles to the pot.
- Stir well.
- Bring the water to a boil, cover the pot and leave to cook for 4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, remove the lid, stir well and reduce heat to low.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and peas and carrots to the pot.
- Stir until noodles are well coated in soup.
- Add the French's fried onions and shredded mozzarella and cheddar to the pot.
- Stir well.
- Dump the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar on top.
- Sprinkle French's fried onions on top of the cheese.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake the casserole into the cheese is completely melted and the fried onions are just starting to brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
My husband loves casseroles and this is one of his favorites. Its easy to make and lasts him and I quite a few meals.

- 1. brown hamburger in skillet, drain and set aside
- 2. In large casserole dish, mix together the soups, onions, celery and soy sauce and mushrooms
- 3. Add meat to the soup mixture, mix well . Add the water and rice.
- 4. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or until rice is done. Cover top with crispy chow mien noodles and let rest for 10 min before serving.
CHOW MEIN NOODLE CASSEROLE
This is a very tasty dish that even my kids love! It can easily be cut in half. It uses soy sauce and chow mein noodles to give it an Asian flair.

- In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef for 5 minutes. Add the onion and celery and saute for 5 more minutes.
- In a separate medium bowl, combine the almonds, rice, soup, water and soy sauce. Mix together well and add to the beef mixture. Place this into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with chow mein noodles.

I found this recipe on BetterRecipes.com and recently made it. I changed a few ingredients and also the quantity of noodles it called for to suit my taste. I prefer more of a wet casserole so I used less noodles but you can add or subtract as suits you best.

- In large pot boil the egg noodles until tender, drain.

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Tips - celery can be cooked by boiling a pot of water and cooking it that way for about 5 minutes, on a rolling boil. It's also good sometimes to cook the onion with the ground beef when you are browning the beef - really brings out the flavour.
- Take all of the ingredients and mix well together in a casserole dish.
- Put in oven, cook for 20-35 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve with a little soy sauce and enjoy!
