Peanut Butter Cup. Now, you have to like peanut butter to like this ice cream. Obviously. But I happen to be sort of obsessed with peanut butter, so that works for me.
Pancakes and Waffles. This is my favorite non-peanut butter flavor. I thought I wouldn’t like it and avoided it for a long time, but it is really delicious.
Mint Chip. I love mint chocolate chip ice cream (the real stuff), but since I read a review that Halo Top’s version tasted like toothpaste, I avoided it until the end.
Oatmeal Cookie. This one has all of the cinnamon taste of a real oatmeal cookie, and it has actual whole oats inside! It tasted like an oatmeal cookie a la mode, but those little chunks of oats made me think, “Hmm … these oats are healthy and fibrous.
Chocolate Covered Banana. This one is only so high on my list because of my husband. He swears up and down that it is amazingly delicious. I am not a big fan of banana-flavored things.
Black Cherry. OK, this is not quite Cherry Garcia, but it is a close knock off. I really enjoyed it. It is a nice natural tasting cherry flavor and even has little chunks of black cherry inside.
Chocolate. It is what it is. A basic chocolate flavor. Really close to actual chocolate ice cream. It isn’t fancy, but it is good, simple, and delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever met a chocolate ice cream that I didn’t like.
Red Velvet. I was certain I wouldn’t like this one, so I saved it until near the end. But I actually enjoyed it! The little chunks of red velvet cake were a special treat, and the flavor was smooth and not overly sweet.
Sea Salt Caramel. This one is a tad sweet, but I love caramel, and I love flecks of salt, so here it is anyway. It is caramel ice cream with a salty caramel swirl.
Candy Bar. I can tell they were trying to make this into a Snickers sort of ice cream. I was surprised that there are actual peanut chunks in here! It has a nice subtle chocolate flavor, and the texture is improved by the peanuts.

Oatmeal Cookie. Absolutely outstanding. That’s the only way to describe it. Even if you’re not an oatmeal cookie fan, you’ll love this ice cream. It tastes like the real deal with just a hint of cinnamon, the perfect amount of oatmeal chunks sprinkled in and the balanced flavor of sweet cream.
Black Cherry. Talk about a surprise. We didn’t expect to love the Black Cherry as much as we did, but let us tell you, it’s extraordinary. Even if you’re not usually a fan of the fruity flavors, you’ll love this one.
Pistachio. It’s just oh so creamy, and the taste of pistachio strikes the perfect balance between being flavorful without being overpowering. Even if pistachio isn’t usually your thing, we promise this one will hit the spot.
Chocolate Almond Crunch. This fabulous flavor combines two of our favorite things: chocolate and nuts. The duo works perfectly together here. The amount of almond flavoring is just right and the almond pieces interspersed couldn’t be better.
Red Velvet. We didn’t expect to love the red velvet as much as we did TBH, but it’s actually great. It has the perfect mild chocolatey flavor and we’re all about the cake pieces mixed in throughout.
Peanut Butter Cup. Peanut butter lovers rejoice! This flavor won’t let you down. As one of the creamier ones, we can imagine it would be amazing in peanut butter pie.
Mint Chip. The Mint Chip is incredibly refreshing. The flavor tastes authentic without being overpowering, and we love the chips. We wouldn’t complain if there were more chips (because isn’t that why we love mint chip in the first place?
Cookie Dough. This tastes like the real deal — we’re not kidding. Who would think a lightened-up version of the ice cream favorite could be so good? Where this flavor falls short is that there just aren’t enough chunks of dough… and we get it, Halo Top wants to keep it low-cal.
Vanilla Bean. Okay, we know what you’re thinking. Vanilla? How can it be so high on the list? Well first, it’s not just vanilla, it’s vanilla bean. That makes a difference.
Lemon Cake. We had really high hopes for this one, because has lemon cake ever let us down? While we liked the subtle lemon flavor (it reminds us of those Lemonades Girls Scout cookies), we just wanted a little more from it.

Candy Bar. Hands down the best new flavor in Halo Top's repertoire, this knockout pint is even better than a Snickers bar because it lasts at least a few minutes longer.
S'mores. Curling up by the fire with my pint of S'mores Halo Top and a heaping pile of homework is my favorite way to end a day. The best part? There's plenty of graham cracker crunch to go around in the pint, so you can even share this one with friends.
Mint Chip. This simple classic is a welcome respite from the sometimes overwhelming jumble of crazy Halo Top flavors. Mix it with rainbow sprinkles or chocolate shavings to add some depth, or eat it plain if you're feeling minty fresh.
Caramel Macchiato. Highly praised as one of the best of the newer Halo Top flavors, this clever concoction swirls caramel into a coffee ice cream base to produce a sweet and savory flavor all its own.
Sea Salt Caramel. I'm a big proponent of anything that supports the sweet and salty mixture trend. Especially savory options like this that don't break the calorie bank.

Chocolate Almond Crunch. Though the chocolatey taste isn't all that exciting here, the chunks of almond sprinkled throughout add some much needed crunch to the Halo Top flavor lineup.
Vanilla Bean. So close it's almost a tie, Vanilla Bean Halo Top just barely comes out on top solely because of how great it tastes with mix-ins. But be careful with what you choose to add to this healthy twist on a classic because you risk making it just as unhealthy as the OG.

Chocolate. Chocolate may seem like a pretty average flavor to top this ranking, but there was just no way around it; this flavor was delicious. It was rich and smooth, and definitely tasted like it should have more than 240 calories per pint.
Peanut butter cup. This flavor tasted exactly like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, which we consider to be a very good thing. It's like eating peanut butter in ice cream form, and it really hit the spot.
Cookie Dough. Who doesn't love chocolate chip cookie dough? If we can get creamy vanilla with chunks of chewy dough that's still relatively healthy, we're happy.
Chocolate Mocha Chip. The one taste tester in the group who doesn't like coffee loved this flavor, which is a testament to Halo Top's ability to make flavors that appeal to lots of people.
Oatmeal Cookie. Oatmeal cookies are highly underrated, and Halo Top certainly nailed the classic oatmeal flavor. We were a big fan of this one.
Red Velvet. The only reason red velvet beat birthday cake is because it had a stronger cake flavor — especially since the ice cream has little red velvet chunks throughout.
Birthday Cake. In what universe is a cake-flavored ice cream not a good idea? We thought this one could have used a little more of that cake-y flavor, but we still very much enjoyed it.
Vanilla Bean. If you told us that vanilla-flavored diet ice cream was good, we'd probably laugh at you. But we're not kidding — Halo Top's vanilla bean has a surprisingly authentic vanilla taste that elevates the usually boring flavor to something we could eat a whole pint of.
Black Cherry. Just like with strawberry, we were also pleasantly surprised by the black cherry flavor. It was fruity, but not overly sweet.
S'mores. Oddly enough, this flavor tasted more like coconut to us than s'mores. But it still tasted good, which is why this flavor made it into the top 10.

Strawberry. The fruit-flavored Halo Top flavors are always a safe bet, and the strawberry flavor is the best of its kind. It’s a little creamier than the black cherry flavor, and it tastes like real strawberries (no real strawberry chunks, however.)
Black Cherry. This electric-colored ice cream is just delightful. The ice cream is just the right balance of sweet and tart that I like. It tastes like real cherries, but the flavor leaves faster than the the #2 pick.

Birthday Cake. This was the first Halo Top flavor I ever heard of (or saw) and it appears to be a favorite among Halo Top-enthusiasts. At first I found that it was a little too sweet for my taste, but I have to admit that it grew on me.
Peanut Butter Cup. I love peanut butter and chocolate everything, so of course this has to be higher up on this ranked list. You can’t take one of the most important candies that has ever existed and mess it up.
Lemon Cake. Did you ever try Warheads sour candies as a kid? When I was little we use to rank the most sour flavors, and lemon was always at the top of the list.
Cookies & Cream. I actually enjoyed this pint at times, but it had its faults. It wasn’t very sweet, and it also wasn’t super flavorful for a cookies and cream ice cream.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. This pint is totally fine, and if you love cookie dough ice cream, I think you’ll be happy. I do wish there were more chunks of cookie dough, but it probably wouldn’t be so low in calories if this wish were granted.

Peanut butter cup. This is exactly like peanut butter -- except an ice cream version tossed with massive clusters of peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter cups.
Chocolate. It’s the simplest and classic flavors where Halo Top excels, and that’s the case for their chocolate, which leans closer to milk than dark and reminds me of licking a Fudgsicle, that light chocolate taste refreshing and cool as it slides down your throat.
Red Velvet. It should come as no surprise that Red Velvet, chocolate cake’s beet-tinged cousin, is wonderfully packaged into a strikingly blood-red ice cream form, one peppered with hunks of brownies.
Strawberry. Once upon a time Gogurt was all the rage. Nowadays, as a jaded yogurt consumer, I can infer the point of creating strawberry Gogurt was so parents of vegetable- and fruit-hating children could convince their perturbed offspring that this tubular product was a supplement for Earth’s bounty -- as well as a dessert.
