1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
6 medium red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 head red leaf lettuce, washed, dried and leaves torn into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour Cream-Bacon Dressing, recipe follows

2 strips bacon, cooked until crisp and then chopped
2 green onions, chopped

STEAK AND POTATO SALAD RECIPE - MACHEESMO
Steak and Potato Salad Marination Chachacha. You could use a lot of different cuts of meat for the steak in this Steak and Potato Salad recipe. Flank steak would work great, but I went with a few small sirloin steaks. I ate a full one of these (they were about 7-8 ounces) and Betsy ate a half of one.
