1 broiler chicken or about 3 1/2 pounds chicken parts
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups diced red skin potatoes
1 large can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups lima beans, frozen or fresh
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 to 2 cups corn kernels
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
