- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Mix corn, Cheddar cheese, black olives, green chilies, and green olives together in a bowl; pour into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 25 minutes.

QUICK & EASY CORN BAKE CASSEROLE RECIPE

- Purchase all your ingredients the weekend before as they have a long shelf life.
- Thaw the frozen corn the night before or when you go to mix the recipe it freezes up (believe me I have done this).
- Mix all together, put in your favorite casserole dish, cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- An hour and a half before you want to eat take off the cover and put in the oven at 350° for 90 minutes.
- Check the top to make sure the middle is cooked depending on your oven and how many other cold dishes are in the oven at the same time.
- If this dish is alone in the oven take 60 minutes.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix all ingredients, minus the cheese, together and pour into a greased baking dish. After the casserole has baked for 45 minutes, or is set in the middle and golden brown, sprinkle with cheddar and put it back in the oven. Let the cheese melt, take the casserole out and enjoy this ridiculously buttery dish.

- * Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch square pan. * If using fresh corn, start at the tip of the ear and run a sharp knife straight down to the stem, leaving just a bit of pulp behind on the cob, to prevent detaching tough cob fibers as well. * In a food processor, process 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels, melted butter, cornmeal, sour cream, salt, eggs, and tzhoug, harissa or hot pepper sauce if using, till almost smooth. Fold in remaining corn and diced cheese and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until just golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Do not overbake. - Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Stir together the whole-kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and butter in a large bowl. Stir in the ham and scallions until just combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake until golden brown, about 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle evenly with the Cheddar and continue to bake until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions before serving.
CORN CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Carefully remove the corn from the cob with a knife and put in a food processor. Transfer to a large bowl. Coarsely puree with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. In a saute pan, add the oil and the onions and saute until translucent. Add the onions to the corn mixture. Add the beaten eggs, milk and half of the grated Cheddar and combine. Use 2 teaspoons of oil to coat a 13 by 9-inch baking dish. Transfer the corn mixture to the dish and top with the rest of the grated Cheddar. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the top of the casserole is golden brown.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly coat a shallow 2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Bring milk to a gentle boil in a 3 quart saucepan; slowly whisk in grits. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat; stir in corn, 1 cup cheese, scallions, egg, salt, thyme, and pepper. Pour into prepared dish.
- Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 15 minutes more until set.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
