Grape Juice Sparkler Food

SPARKLING GRAPE JUICE

Steps:

• Combine ingredients.
• Serve chilled or over ice.
• You can adjust the ratio to suit your tastes (prefer more sweet or bubbly) or try other fruit juices for variety in flavor.

VODKA GRAPE SPARKLER

Steps:

• Blend the whole grapes, honey and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Blend in batches, if necessary. Drain the grape mixture into a pitcher. Add the vodka and sliced grapes. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour.
• Add the rose to the mixture just before serving and serve in red wine goblets.

SHAKER SPICED GRAPE JUICE

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
• Strain if necessary. Serve hot.

SPARKLING GRAPE JUICE-LEMONADE

Steps:

• Place grapes in a zip-lock plastic freezer bag (do not remove grapes from stems); freeze completely (about 4 hours).
• Gently stir together the grape juice and lemonade concentrate in a large pitcher.
• Add frozen grapes to pitcher; serve immediately.
• *Note--the freshest grapes hold tightly to the stems; to check before purchasing, very gently shake the bunch; the more grapes that fall away, the older the fruit.
