1 bag (10.5 oz) miniature marshmallows (5 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (9 oz)
5 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box (13 oz) Golden Grahams cereal (8 cups)

Steps:

Grease 13×9-inch pan with butter. Reserve 1 cup of the marshmallows. In a large saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, butter, corn syrup and remaining marshmallows over low heat. Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Pour cereal into saucepan. Stir until coated with the melted chocolate mixture. Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
With buttered back of spoon, press mixture in pan. Cool at least 1 hour or until firm. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Golden Grahams S'mores Bars, easy to make and extra delicious! Perfect for evening when you need a delicious S'more but don't have a campfire!

Ingredients

8 cups mini marshmallows (divided (10 oz marshmallows))
5 tbs butter
8 cups golden graham cereal (about ¾ large box)
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for pressing on top.

Steps:

Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium sized pot over medium low heat add your marshmallows and butter, reserving 1 cup of marshmallows. (7 cups mini marshmallows, 5 tbs butter)
Stirring constantly, allow butter and marshmallows to melt completely. Remove from heat once melted.
Stir in the golden graham cereal. Once that's completely stirred in add in the chocolate chips and reserved marshmallows. Stirring to get them evenly distributed. (8 cups golden grahams, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup mini marshmallows)
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish, pressing down to get a nice compact bar. Sprinkle and gently press in the extra marshmallows and chocolate chips onto the top.
Allow to harden for several hours.

6 tablespoons butter
21 ounces mini marshmallows (divided)
8 1/4 cups Golden Grahams cereal (divided)
3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips (divided)

Steps:

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter most of the way.
Add 16 ounces marshmallows, and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 8 cups cereal until combined.
Add remaining 5 ounces marshmallows and 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, and stir to combine.
Press cereal into baking dish.1
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cereal and 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
Let cool to room temperature before cutting and serving.
