HAMBURGER PATTY (GLUTEN FREE)
This recipe is from the Gluten Free Hub "The Classic American Hamburger". This is a scrumptious, simple, gluten free hamburger patty! It stays moist and does not crumble! We usually double the recipe, grill all of the patties and then freeze them for quick use during the week!

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Cover and let sit in refrigerator at least 30 minutes and up to four hours.
- When ready to cook, divide into desired patty size.
- Grill over high heat (450°-500°), about 3-4 minutes on each side.

GLUTEN-FREE SALMON BURGERS
Bread-crumbs are so over-rated!!! Try brown rice instead with an egg to hold your salmon burger together. I served this with Dill Mayonaise and a squeeze of lemon. For the gluten digesters pop them in a bun with lettuce and tomato.

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into patties. Oil up George Forman and grill those patties until done. About 15 minutes on about 300°F I left the lid up until the last 5 minutes to keep them from drying out so much, then I oiled the tops of the patties and closed the lid.

- In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 10 patties., Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear. Serve with the tomatoes, lettuce and onions if desired.

- In a large bowl add the ground turkey meat, red onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, oregano and freshly chopped basil. Mix with your hands until well combined and "knead" it to blend if needed. Form with hands into 4-5 patties by making them into a circle then flattening them with hands.
- In a medium saucepan heat the olive oil on medium-high and immediately add the patties. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Serve on a bun with toppings.

- In a food processor with the motor running, drop the garlic cloves through the feed tube to chop. Add the green onions and process to chop. Add the sweet potato, beet and chickpeas, and pulse until very finely chopped, about 15-20 pulses. Transfer to a bowl, and add the lemon juice, cumin, and coriander. Season generously with salt and pepper. Fold in the egg, followed by the chickpea flour. Form the mixture into 4 half-inch thick patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the burgers and cook until browned and crisp on the bottom, about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook, covered, until browned on the other side, about 3-4 minutes longer. Transfer to a plate and let cool slightly. Serve the burgers on buns with the sriracha mayo, avocado, spinach and tomato slices.

- For the burger, drain the potatoes, petit pois and baby carrots, sliced mushrooms and fried onions. Add to a large frying pan with a little oil, the garlic and curry paste. Heat for 5 minutes until the vegetables start to brown.
