Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon cooking oil
food coloring
glitter

Steps:

In a saucepan, mix the flour, salt, cream of tartar and water together.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until a large thick ball forms. Set aside to cool.
Once cooled, add the oil and food coloring - knead together (a silpat sheet works great) and work in the desired amount of glitter throughout dough.
