GLAD THAI DINGS
A pure joy when I bring these out. Little meatball with a taste that's original. From Book titled Eat shrink & be Merry. My boys love them I omit the red pepper flakes. I add broccoli and serve over rice or rice noodles.

Steps:
- Preheat oven 400°F Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- To make meatballs, combine all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix using your hands works best. Form mixture into approximately 40 1-1 1/2 inch balls. place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minute until cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
- While meatball are cooking prepare the sauce. In a deep, nonstick skillet whisk together all sauce ingredients. heat over med-high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce boils. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered, for 3 min, stirring often, Sauce will thicken a bit.
- add cooked meatballs to sauce and mix well. Serve hot.
ROBYN'S ITALIAN BAKED WING DINGS
I cook these for a main dish or as an appetizer when I am entertaining. My measurements can be adjusted because I don't usually measure the ingredients. These tend to stick to the pan, so be careful when flipping.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix thawed wing dings with the above ingredients.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray thoroughly with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Align the wing dings on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until done, flipping half-way through. (I cook my wings this long or longer because I like the skin to be crispy instead of gummy).
- Note: When flipping and removing, use tongs and pick them up carefully. The wings will stick and you don't want half of your meat stuck to the foil.

GRASSHOPPER CHEESECAKE
I love cheesecake, and I love grasshopper pie. Imagine my sheer joy when I discovered this! Tasty stuff!!!

Steps:
- CHOCOLATE COOKIE CRUMB CRUST: Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and cinnamon.
- Toss and mix well.
- Press into the bottom and partially up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- CHEESE FILLING: Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until light and soft.
- Add 3/4 cup of the sugar and mix well.
- Stir in the creme de menthe, creme de cacao, flour and salt.
- Beat until the mixture is blended well.
- Add the egg yolks and sour cream, and beat until the batter is smooth and blended.
- In a different bowl, combine the egg whites and 1/4 cup remaining sugar and beat until the whites stand in soft peaks.
- Fold the beaten whites into the cream-cheese mixture.
- Pour the batter into the crust and bake for about 1 hour, or until the cake has puffed and trembles just slightly when shaken.
- A wooden skewer inserted in the cake should come out almost clean, with just a trace of batter or moist crumbs on it.
- Don't overbake; it will settle and firm somewhat as it cools.
- Don't worry if the cake cracks as it bakes.
- Remove and cool.
- Refrigerate if standing more than 4 hours.
- Garnish the top with grated chocolate.
- ENJOY!
CHICKEN WING DINGS
This recipe is from Carol Keates, the middle daugher in our family. I was shocked when she sent this one as she is known for her baking! this sounds really yummy though and I can't wait to try it out. Prep time does not include time marinating overnight.

Steps:
- Combine ingredients from syrup to garlic powder, mixing well.
- Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes.
- Cut wings in half at joint, place in shallow foil lined baking dish.
- Pour marinade over chicken wings.
- Cover and marinade over night.
- Brush wings with marinade before baking.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Spoon sauce over wings now and again.
- Serve hot with sauce.
