2 Large Garlic Cloves, (minced)
2 Tablespoons Parsley, (fresh, chopped)
2 Tablespoons Herbs, (fresh, chopped, rosemary, oregano thyme, etc.)
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Then place the ingredients on a piece of plastic wrap, and roll closed. Twist the ends to secure.
  • Place the butter into the refrigerator for an hour to firm.
  • Serve on toast, steak, corn on the cob, sauteed vegetables, etc.

1 teaspoon parsley

One 1-pound sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
1 small clove garlic, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Allow the steak to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Preheat a 3.5-quart air fryer to 400 degrees F. Season the steak on both sides with a generous pinch of salt and several grinds of black pepper.
