- Toss the corn, fennel, olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the red pepper flakes on the prepared baking sheet until evenly coated and combined. Spread into an even layer. - Meanwhile, stir the melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, 1/4 teaspoon salt and remaining 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes together in a medium bowl until combined. Add the shrimp and tomatoes and toss to combine. PERFECT PAN-SEARED SHRIMP WITH GARLIC BUTTER
from America's Test Kitchen TV show. Their note: The cooking times below are for 21/25 shrimp (that is, the size of the shrimp is such that there are 21 to 25 in 1 pound). If 21/25 shrimp are not available, adjust cooking times slightly. Either a nonstick or traditional skillet will work for this recipe, but a nonstick will simplify cleanup.

SHRIMP LINGUINE WITH BASIL-GARLIC BUTTER
I got this recipe off of another site but modified it quite a bit to suit our tastes. It is very easy and will certainly impress company or make a nice dish for a romantic meal! The key is to use fresh herb in this dish. Serve with a good crusty bread, green salad and a nice white wine.
